046 - Evidence to Measure & Improve Exercise Adherence (ATEMPT - Bailey et al, 2024) - Research Round-Up
P3's Research Round-Up
In this episode we're doing a deep dive into the clinical application of a recent research publication, that aimed to assess & measure the adherence to exercise for patients with musculoskeletal pain.
Yes, we are talking about research, BUT we are focusing on how we can apply this clinically.
Why is this research important?
This tool explores 6 domains that are commonly associated, either positively or negatively, with rehabilitation adherence.
By gaining insights into how a patient is scoring relative to these domains, we can adjust our management strategy, improve their adherence, and ultimately, improve our rehab outcomes.
