    Flow—What is it?

    In this episode, I look at flow as an optimal state of performance in which a person loses all sense of self due to complete engrossing interest in an activity. Athletes strive for it, artists love it, and others want to understand it better. In this episode I explain my own experiences with flow. I also warn about possible downsides.
