Episode 11: Love languages, Chris' high school love life, Jennie or Rosé, and Romance is Bonus Book

Sam and Chris discuss love languages and then delve into Chris' history with her high school love life (mostly crushes). Did you ever have a crush you never confessed to but still had meet-cutes?  Then, they discuss k-drama tropes, Lee Minho vs Kim Woobin (The Heirs showdown!), and which solo release was better: Jennie or Rosé? Months after dropping this drama, Chris finally finished watching Romance is a Bonus Book and doesn't love it as much as Sam. But they both agree that Lee Jongsuk is bae. Episode 10: How do you make friends at work, Dua Lipa or Adele, ice cream or boba, and the Chinese movie Shadow

Sam and Chris talk about workouts (or lack thereof) during COVID times, Sam's new job, and whether they classify themselves as boss girls. Then, a bunch of fun this or thats including revisiting the Hana Yori Dango world and what k-drama leading man we would rather costar with: Lee Jongsuk or Park Bogum?  Deviating from previous episodes, Sam and Chris delve into the Chinese movie Shadow, which is a mix of wuxia and martial arts action. Starring Deng Chao, Sun Li, and Guan Xiao Tong (aka Luhan's gf), this movie was released in 2018 and won a bunch of awards (so you know it's going to be slightly depressing but will be great directing and cinematography). 0:00 Intro 0:53 What workouts did you do before COVID and any now? 13:16 How do you make friends at work 19:38 Criteria for a boss girl 24:15 Who would you rather listen to forever: Dua Lipa or Adele 27:38 Which actor would you like to costar with: Lee Jongsuk or Park Bogum 32:23 Who would you rather be on Running Man: Lee Kwangsoo or Kim Jongkook 35:42 Which would you rather have for the rest of your lifetime: ice cream or boba 40:48 Who do you choose: Domyouji or Hanazawa Rui in Hana Yori Dango? 45:57 Chinese movie: Shadow and our first impressions 1:00:24 Shoot, bang, or marry: King's sister, ZiYu's wife, and the General's son 1:05:51 Shoot, bang, or marry: General Tien, General Yang (the dad), ZiYu 1:11:49 Outro
