Gerry joined Irish Water, the national water utility, on its establishment in 2013, in the role of Chief Technical Officer where he served for seven years. Gerry now works as a consultant water utilities expert for Cora Systems.

Realistic Expectations

It was great to hear the example that Mr Dorantes shared regarding the 25% productivity rate for an established and successful strategic plan. Really puts things into perspective about realistic expectations and how critical it is to focus on the most important and relevant projects within the plan.
