Project Noir: How Cleveland Has Failed Black Women

Cleveland is failing Black Women. Cleveland has the unfortunate dual-distinction of being both: the Worst City in America for Black Women and the poorest big city in America. "Project Noir by Enlightened Solutions" is the culmination of interviews, data analysis and research into the lived healthcare, workplace and education experiences of Black Women in Northeast Ohio.
