I’ve been following Mary on social media platforms for years and I’m soooo so happy that she decided to make a podcast. Mary is intelligent, eloquent, thoughtful, charismatic, witty, and like a long lost best friend. She talks about day to day experiences and normalizes mental health struggles in the best way. I have such a soft spot in my heart for Mary because she makes me feel much more seen than any other creator. I also love her tidbits of advice from her therapist!! This is a must listen for any 20-something girl just trying to figure out life. ❤️

I’ve been following Mary on all platforms almost as long as she has been creating on social media and she has always held a place in my top comfort creators. She is so genuine and I love how her personality and life experiences always seem to help me throughout different stages in my life. This podcast always seems to know what I’m going in tough in life foreal!! Whether you like lifestyle content, or mental health content this podcast really dives into so many different things and you learn so much and have a great time doing it!!

I love that she talks about her mental health and daily life unapologetically. Social media seems to drone on now about who’s buying this or dating who or getting canceled. I listen to her podcasts and feel like I’m sitting with a friend. Very enriching and concise; always entertaining. Totally recommend !

A follower since the beginning, I absolutely love listening to Prologues every week, especially when I have time to listen each Monday. It really does help me to reset myself for the week and always reminds me that I’m never alone in any of my struggles as someone with mental health challenges, as a woman, as a 20-something, and just as a person. I don’t know how she does it, but Mary always has something relatable and timely that resonates with my own life. It doesn’t matter what structure, topic, or format, I’m here for the ride!
