Episode 2: Don't write about autonomy! (and the purposes of DNP education)

This episode covers two reasons why you it's not a good idea to write a personal statement about autonomy. First, autonomy doesn't reflect the interests you've worked to develop as a nurse (identity capital). And second, autonomy fails to consider the various aspects of a DNP/NA education.
