    In our previous podcast, we introduced four types of leaders from 2 Timothy 2:2 and the leadership necessary to learn to serve others well. We looked at the roles of Doers, Managers, Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. In this podcast we look in detail at the roles of Leaders and leaders of leaders and the transitions that we need to make in going from a manager to a leader and from a leader to a leader of leaders. We look at the leadership styles that are crucial for these two roles.     Being a servant leader means that you need to adjust your behaviour to be helpful to different types of people. As a part of serving others, there are 4 main management and leadership roles that we can learn. Paul refers to these in 2 Timothy 2:2 as himself (which we'll call a "leader of leaders"), Timothy (which we'll call a "leader"), faithful men (which we'll call a "manager") and others (which we'll call "doers").
