    Stop Forcing AI Disclosure in Creative Work

    In this episode of the PW Podcast, I vent about how frustrating it is that creators and developers are increasingly being forced to disclose whether they used AI and how they used it. I’m not against AI tools, I use them. But I don’t believe anyone should have to justify their process or check a box on platforms just to ship a product. I compare it to not demanding a baker list their oven or a mechanic list their tools, arguing what should matter is the end result, not the method. I also call out the elitism of people who brag about not using AI while shaming others.     Apple Developer Conference WWDC 26, early takes

    WWDC Highlights: Bug Fixes, Liquid Glass Tweaks, Xcode 27, and Intel’s Farewell I share my first impressions from WWDC week, focusing on the big themes: bug fixes, performance improvements, and fewer flashy new features. I cover the updated Liquid Glass look (including adjustable transparency), a long-needed iPhone option to set alarm volume independently, and a macOS UI change that reclaims wasted sidebar space. For developers, I highlight major Xcode 27 and API updates, including new foundation models, more AI integrations, and the ability to set Xcode themes per project.
