    Trust and Forgiveness

    Wednesday's With Wanda Trust and Forgiveness If we can remember that our response to others is important, we can realize that trust and forgiveness can go hand in hand. In life, there will always be times when we are affected by the actions of another person. When this happens, we often receive an apology. More often than not we say, "It's alright," or " It's okay," and by saying this we are allowing, accepting, and giving permission for the behavior to happen again. Self-esteem is the measure of how you feel about yourself at a given moment in time.     Wednesday's With Wanda   Where There is Darkness, There is Light Anyone who has walked through despair and came out on the other side knows that even in that darkness, seeds of light can be found. Branches often reach out of the gloom and into the daylight alongside the drifter who emerges from that deep sorrow. When we find ourselves in a place of despair, it can help us to know this, so that we don't give up.
