    Seasonal Living - Summer

    Hellooooo and welcome to our first episode of a year-long four episode series where we talk about seasonal living. Now, before you get your knickers in a knot and tell us that San Diego doesn't have seasons....we know. We are not claiming to know or experience the weather changes that the majority of the world experiences. But we do experience mood shifts that come with different seasons, and we do enjoy the passage of time and the seasonal markers that showcase that. So here we are, discussing our thoughts on summer.     Thoughts on Infertility

    Hey hi howdy and welcome to a heavy one. Today we delve into fearful thinking, and how that manifests in thinking about fertility. Steph and I definitely didn't delve into every facet of this conversation, but we did our best with where we were at at the time. This episode is a perfect example of the types of conversations we want to have more of with our friends: honest and imperfect, a snapshot of where our minds are on any given day.     Body Image
