This show will help you to become a well-rounded horror aficionado. It’s weekly, it’s free, and only very rarely does it disappoint. Pros: •Stimulating variety in horror subjects, authors, and literary styles. •Presents classic and contemporary works. •Genuine enthusiasm for their subject. •Mostly professional-quality narrators. •Insanely huge back catalogue. Cons: •Occasionally, low sound quality for host and narrator. •Seems to be a conduit for wicked spirits and elder gods to enter our plane of existence, which can be a real hassle if you’re trapped in the house. •The sour note of politics enters into the stories and host monologues too frequently. No thank you!

If you want to learn how horror works, how it ticks and how it digs its bloody claws into you, this podcast will do it. For me, some of the best parts are at the end in the comments, where I can learn why and how the amazing stories of every episode make me shiver.

Good stories and narration. The only slight downside is the host sometimes get's preachy. I'm here for the horror. Not a lecture or a window into the hosts personal beliefs of attempts at political humor. 5 stars otherwise.

Once again some poor soul Literally DEFINE’s it self by who it happens to be having sex with. Sad and Shallow. But you’ll figure it out.(I hope)….
