    Peg Peters and the Gathering Group Model for Psychedelic Group Therapy

    In this episode of The Psychedelic Revolution, host Kyle sits down with special guest Peg Peters from the Gathering Group in Vancouver, Canada to dive deep into psychedelics, community healing models, and the ancient roots of plant medicine use. Peg shares the innovative work the Gathering Group is doing, bringing people together into intimate cohorts that prepare for months before experiencing psilocybin mushrooms in a group ceremonial setting, and then integrating the experience together afterwards.     Kenny Stahl - Somatic Healer and Psychedelic Guide

    Originally from small-town Kansas, Kenny moved to Colorado Springs in 1991 to join his sister and begin his career in massage therapy. After graduation he moved up to Winter Park to join his sister, also a massage therapist where they owned and operated the Neuromuscular Center for the next eight years. After meeting and marrying his wonderful wife, Trish, they relocated back to the Springs to continue their journey together. After settling in, ReVibe was born which combined their respective passions to provide wellness for others. During those years of practice, Kenny would also teach massage therapy, hone his skills with craniosacral therapy and eventually become an entheogenic guide, combining his bodywork skills and his passion for helping others create change in their lives.     Reggie Harris from Oakland Hyphae

    Reggie has over a decade of political campaign experience ranging from city council races to presidential elections. On the West Coast Reggie worked on a local level to replace police with guidance counselors in Oakland public schools with the Black Organizing Project in West Oakland. More recently he managed the western and southwestern state campaigns with Color of Change PAC that turned the state of Nevada blue.  Reggie has consulted with the largest mushroom cultivators in the world. He has worked with the largest cultivators in The Netherlands and has recently advised in the establishment of the largest commercial mushroom farm and state of the art testing lab in Jamaica.  Over the past 3.5 years, Reggie has established Oakland Hyphae which hosted the Psilocybin Cup now known as the Hyphae Cup and a number of Psychedelic Conferences across the country, which were the most impactful psychedelic events in the space. He is a co-founder of Hyphae Labs which is leading the industry in psychedelic mushroom potency testing. Reggie has also founded Hyphae Nootropics offering adaptogenic medicinal fungi from Cordyceps to Lion’s Mane. Reggie is a strong advocate for who he calls, “the little guy” or the “legacy plant medicine workers” whose perspective he uplifts through his publication HyphaeLeaks. It is Reggie’s goal to create barriers of entry to prevent big money interest groups from the same industry take over they did in cannabis.
