    MIA: Where Have My Muscles Gone? Understanding Muscle Decline in Menopause

    In episode 3a we begin the investigation into muscle wasting during menopause. Contributing metabolic syndromes will be presented and how all the things we think we are doing 'right' are actually making things worse. But don't despair! We begin initial discussions on how to reverse these effects by discussing protein. Episode 3b will talk about GLP-1s and how they can contribute to muscle loss and then the final episodes in this series will give us more tools to overcome these changes through specific exercise approaches.
