We’re Greg Wyshynski of ESPN, Sean "Down Goes Brown" McIndoe of The Athletic and Ryan Lambert of Yahoo Sports and this is a hockey podcast, in the sense that we talk about hockey, both on the ice and about fan culture. That’s the “puck.” This is also a podcast about movies, TV, fast food, life lessons and general idiocy. That’s the “soup.” Unless you ordered the minestrone.

Best hockey podcast, best all-around podcast

This is my favorite podcast, period. Greg is undoubtably the most entertaining personality in hockey, a star on the rise, and I often wish I was in on the banter while listening between the hockey and pop culture takes. The difference in personalities between Greg, Ryan & Sean have also enriched the show big time since the departure of Lozo (who I also liked, but apples and oranges in vibe to this). Ryan is easily the most offensive of the 3 because he hates on everything and will eventually go after what is dear to you. But if you don’t take him seriously he’s quite hilarious too. Dude just needs a hug, lol. Greg’s impressions alone of Gary Bettman are worth the listen.

Sean needs to lighten up.

I’ve never heard someone want to be smart so badly that they need to hate things everyone else likes. It is exhausting.
