Parker and Grant embark on an episode that is high in content and low on audio quality, and we hope to balance those out in the future. This episode takes a brief look at the Tarleton State Texans before venturing into the wider college football world, and also country music. Topics include:

-- Tarleton history, plus Beau Allen

-- What our goals are for the TCU offense

-- The best barbecue restaurant in Stephenville

    -- An Alabama-Texas preview, technically

Follow Parker on Twitter @statsowar and Grant @grantmcgalliard. We'll see you Monday morning for the weekend recap. Go Frogs.

Football is here! Finally! Parker and Grant break down TCU's first opponent of 2022, the Colorado Buffaloes, a team that was very bad last year and may not be better this year. Topics include:

    -- What's a bison and what's a buffalo?

-- Karl Dorrell's season on the brink

-- An offense that doesn't have what you'd traditionally call "a strength"

-- Avant-garde defensive schemes in Boulder

-- Around the horn in the Big 12 and other major games

Follow Grant on Twitter @grantmcgalliard and Parker @statsowar. If you'll be in Boulder on Friday, we'll see you there!

Thanks for sticking out the long offseason with us. We've made it. Go Frogs.

The best TCU athletics podcast

There are many TCU athletics podcasts- I know- I listen to all of them. This here is the tightest, best produced, analytical show. These guys tell it like it is, not how we wish it would be. They are fans, but not homers, so don’t expect ridiculous predictions of Frog dominance every week. You ears will thank you for the consistent sound levels and excellent recording quality. In short, this Theory proves The Fact. Go Frogs.

A nearly perfect TCU podcast

This podcast is a sanctuary of truth, beauty and goodness deserving of 5 stars, but they discussed women’s soccer for nearly ten minutes today. Docking them only one star is a testament to what they’ve accomplished in the months leading up this review.

Variety and solid analysis

For a TCU show - they cover a lot outside the program. I’m an SEC fan and subscribe and listen
