Running Toward the Pain.

Today Olivia and I sit down and talk about her fitness Journey, the different seasons in life, and how power lifting transitioned into ultra running. We never saw ourselves as runners, but the challenge of the next mile drew us in, and that burning question of "how far can I go?" drove us to lace up and live outside of our comfort zone.
