064: Alison Leitheiser | From Quadriplegic to Inner Restoration. Never Giving Up Through Health Adversities

At the age of 16, Alison Leitheiser was diagnosed with a virus in the spinal cord that left her as a quadriplegic but did not let that define her life. She experienced seizures, fatigue, organ damage, and paralysis. She did not give up, she wanted to be a contributing member of society once again and do what she loved, being active.

She went on to compete in American Ninja Warrior, finishing a triathlon, and other athletic endeavors.
She now helps others heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually through her clinic. She started her road as an alternative health care practitioner in 2002, started her own clinical practice in 2009, and today she loves working with people's health challenges and helping them find their way to wellness. Inspiring to say the least!

I listened to my first “Purpose Through Pain” episode a few weeks ago and I haven’t been able to stop. Every story is so inspiring and can be relatable to a lot of people. Being in a relationship with someone who has had cancer 3 times (cancer free now!❤️) it’s great to hear Joseph’s perspective of going through that with a loved one as well. I will forever be a listener!

Amazing podcast!!!

Anyone that may be going through anything at all in life or just simply need some encouragement/motivation needs to listen to these podcasts! I was a listener far before Joseph asked me to be on the podcast and even though I am someone that finds motivation from within, listening to these stories motivated and inspired me more and not only that but made me feel like I wasn’t alone in my journey. 10/10 recommendation

So inspiring

Joseph has always been a great speaker and motivator. Now that he has this podcast, it has opened up a whole new avenue of resources through other people’s experiences and journey. I am able to relate in so many ways to each speaker and this has been a very powerful growing tool.
