Excellent Podcast
In a world with so many podcasts on so many obscure things it was refreshing to listen to the interviews here with people reaching out to make changes in the American workforce. We are at an inflection point in the workforce, it can go either way. Many choose to go along the destructive path of quiet quitting because of being disenfranchised with work, other employers and visionaries see the problem and are trying to change the direction to a path that will benefit us all. These are the people Purpose Works is interviewing and highlighting. Hopefully many will come, listen and learn and use the principles to help create a better path. Thanks.
