ABOUT JUANITA

Author, speaker, vocalist and life coach, Juanita Rolle is a woman working in her purpose. As CEO and founder of Beautiful Inside and Out LLC and the BIO women's conference, Juanita has been poised to teach, train and coach women in the the Art of saying Yes to God  so that they can make a meaningful impact in the world using their gifts and talents. She has more recently offered her knowledge and expertise to women in the area of marital relationships with launching “The Wife Life Coach podcast”.  And is excited to be of service in an area that she says is underserved.   When she’s is not coaching or speaking, you can find her on stage with her family group, The Bomparts as seen on Nickelodeon’s Americas Most Musical family.  

When she’s not on stage, Juanita enjoys relishing new experiences and  exploring great adventures with her amazing husband Jasman and their 7 beautiful children.

Beacon Light is a talented songwriter, vocalist, and Hip Hop artist/rapper with a wide range of creative ability. Since 2015 he has blended his love for Hip Hop & Rap with a variety of genres ranging from Top 40 Pop to Experimental Cinematic Music and Alternative Rap & Rock. She has dedicated her life to producing content that teaches and motivates people and is committed to helping people conquer their fears to teach them how to enjoy the journey of living a purposeful life. Amber is passionate about pouring into others as she loves for people to be encouraged in life and to empower them to walk as a leader, influencing those around them. It is important for Amber that each person understands why they were made for a great purpose. She has had the opportunity to encourage others through various speaking engagements and has benefited from seeing exponential growth in the ones she has mentored and coached.



Amber received her BBA in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and got her professional career started doing sales and marketing analysis, collateral development, graphic design, and event planning for Encompass Health during its high growth stage. From her education and experience in this arena, she developed the skillset to visually package a branding refresh for clients. Amber was a top model in the DFW region growing up and parlayed that experience into hitting the ground running in Hollywood, obtaining a "master's degree in visual storytelling" from 10+ years in the entertainment industry. From acting on TV shows, films, and commercials to producing her own short film, Amber has seen what it takes to be successful in this industry and what excellence looks like.



As the CEO & co-founder of Ten Four Films, Amber specializes in producing inspirational, top-quality film, television, marketing, and branding projects. As CEO, Higgins is dedicated to impacting viewers through the company’s inspirational projects and impacting lives through storytelling whether it’s helping other businesses in their branded messages or sharing a story through film.

It is David's heart “To awaken fervent love for Jesus in the Body of Christ, develop gifts and talents, and write songs of encountering the Secret Place.”



David and Hailee have been leading worship in the Southeast Texas region for over 17 years. During that time they have served the local body through different leadership positions. They’ve had the privilege of serving on staff at their home church (One City Church in Beaumont, TX) the past 8 years under the leadership and mentorship of Pastors Randy & Suzann Feldschau (former senior pastors atBrownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, FL). In the Summer of 2022, they we relaunched under the covering of their home church in to itinerant worship and teaching ministry.In 2022 David served as Chief Operating Officer of Worship Coach under the leadership of Rick Pino. In 2023 they have entered into a publishing and distribution agreement with Watershed Music Group as they continue to release new worship music that helps equip the Church. Additionally, David leads a weekly call with over 100 worship leaders, churches, Christian songwriters, and artists.Their mission is to awaken a fervent love for Jesus in the hearts of His people.Their passion is to write songs that were birthed in the Secret Place-to give language to God’s people to draw them deeper in their walk with Him. David andHailee have a strong calling on their lives to develop gifts and talents in worship teams and churches and equip them to walk in their role as priests. In 2023 and beyond, they are believing to see many teams and leaders take up the call of songwriting, day and night worship, stewarding God’s Presence well, and igniting a zeal for God’s heart.

The couple have eight children. Todd is most well known as the winner of the 18th Season of NBC's "The Voice". Todd describes his music as "slice of life". He shares real lyrics about real life and faith, often finding it challenging to squeeze inside a particular genre.  "I just want people to hear the music and immediately remember experiences in their own lives. I want it to have meat, you know? I want to do what I can with my music to share with the world those things that are universally important to us all: love, and family, and faith, and the passing of time, and I'll throw in a little soul and some fun too."
