    Why Can’t I Live My Own Truth? Objective Truth, Jesus, and the Better Way

Tim and Christian launch the “Why Can’t I” series by addressing “Why can’t I live my own truth?”  They argue that truth is objective, not personal, and that “living your own truth” is really living your own way, which often leads to emptiness, unresolved guilt, and chaos.  Using John 17:17 and Jesus’ claim to be “the truth,” they say God’s Word sanctifies, brings order and stability to life and society, and “works” across relationships, character, and purpose.  They also discuss doubts created by hypocrisy and church hurt, warning against false teachers while insisting Jesus should not be judged by imperfect followers. They emphasize creation and moral conscience as signs of a Creator, encourage apologetics and personal investigation, and close by calling listeners to follow Jesus as the only way to God.
