    I scratched my first rental car in Kentucky

    In this episode I'll be talking about my quick little weekend trip to Lexington Kentucky to visit my childhood bestie. I rented a car for the first time ever in my life and...... scratched it. Of course, I have a story to share. More importantly, I have a a lesson to reflect on. I also share about trying some fried foods, petting race horses, learning that Uni of Kentucky students party hard , and that they will in fact, get mad if you refer to their state as the mid - west instead of the South. I talk about regulating my nervous system, letting myself go with the flow (aka not having to plan every second spend in a new city), being present, spending time with an old friend, and staying positive.
