Quantum Quest

You can tell this group is having a blast. Their friendship is clear and it’s nice of them to share their fine with us. There are some inside jokes but overall it doesn’t detract from the fun. Its an I interesting setting and it’s nice to have a game where you can hear the dice has a table.

Sending the characters on a quest to embody different people is an awesome narrative tool/excuse to play multiple games! While some players definitely seem to dominate the narrative, the joy of ongoing podcasts is it's always possible for overshadowed players to find their place in future stories (and maybe there'll be a game in the future that clicks better for those players who might be in the background at first!). The GM does a fantastic job creating really distinct NPC voices as well.

I'd never listened to an RPG podcast before starting this one and QQ sets a high bar. The GM has created an elaborate story with remarkably well-rounded NPC's for how short each arc is. The players have great chemistry and distinct senses of humor that really helps you feel like you're getting to know them better and better each episode. The story itself gets better and better each episode, as well, and is definitely worth checking out.

The story concept for this podcast is incredibly unique and the cast of characters are nothing short of entertaining. The DM weaves an intricate story with engaging NPCs while the players seem to find every way possible to make things harder for themselves. If I were to have to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to improve some of the microphone etiquette and editing as there are moments where players are talking away from the mic and are hard to hear or the table is being slammed and muddies the audio quality. All in all, this is still an excellent show and is worth giving a listen.
