For me I started therapy to work through some issues and better myself. I have learned so much in the last several months and am loving it. I use talkspace no this is not an AD although they should sponsor us! I am preparing for spring break vacay with my oldest and my mother. We are headed down to Texas for lots of fun in the sun! I also started doing yoga again and love how it makes me feel so much better even after only 20 minutes.     What are your goals? Do you have career goals? Mine is to reach more people through this podcast! In order to do this I need your help, so share with a friend, rate and review so it pops up higher on the list of suggested podcasts. Are you looking to get a raise/promotion or switch to your dream career? Who doesn't want more money? I sure do! Have kids? Yell less or teach them something new.  Mom goals? Spending more time with kids or cooking vs eating out. Wife goals? Telling or showing your husband how much you appreciate him or stop nagging. Friend goals? Having good quality time with friends or being a better listener. How do we reach these goals? We start by building a great structure and sticking to it, but also being able to roll with the punches when life throws you curveballs. So let's start with building a great structure. Before you set your goal as yourself if this is what you really want? Meaning is this so important that you will dedicate time and effort into reaching that said goal?
