    In this episode, I'm honored to welcome award-winning author and professor Dr. Danielle Bainbridge (she/her) to the show.  In this raw and powerful conversation, we discuss her new memoir Dandelion—an exploration of mental health, race, and identity. Danielle shares openly about her own journey of being diagnosed with bipolar depression, and how storytelling has become a tool for making sense of both her lived experience and the broader systems that shape it. Danielle also reflects on growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood with immigrant parents, and how that experience shaped her lifelong search for belonging and community. As an adult this lead to a lifelong enquiry and practise into learning powerful energetic alignment techniques to re-engage with the authentic self.
