Quest Federal Credit Union offers member-owners the opportunity to obtain MasterCard backed debit and credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, prepaid cards, and other forms of electronic payment methods. In addition, Quest Federal Credit Union's card services department, headed up by Maryah Simon, Card Services Coordinator, talks about fraud protection methods, travel alert notices that aid in avoiding temporary card blocks due to unexpected use outside your homebase, MobiMoney card services tool, and digital wallet services, like Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung & Google Pay.

Travel Alert Notices — When you're planning to vacation, travel for business, or just get away, be sure to let Quest know. We can indicate to the card fraud department that you'll be away from your normal spending location(s), and you'll be able to use your card(s) freely!Fraud Prevention Services — For members who have experienced fraud, or who may be concerned about potential fraud, fill out the Fraud Alert form and submit your information to our card services department. We'll work to resolve.MobiMoney App — Download the MobiMoney app today and add your QUEST FCU debit and credit cards to begin receiving push notification alerts about transactions. Users can also turn on and turn off their card(s) as desired based on preference. With MobiMoney card controls, you are in full control of your QUEST FCU debit and credit cards.
Episode 7: Mobile Banking with Quest FCU, part 2
In Mobile Banking with Quest, part 2 - Matt & Brian discuss additional services and functionality of the Quest FCU Mobile App.
Once you're logged in, take advantage of many more services, like Bill Pay to make payments on your accounts with utilities, service providers, credit card companies, and much more. Bill Pay allows members to make monthly payments and keep your other accounts up-to-date. Electronic and check-based payments can be scheduled and paid directly through online banking in the Mobile App or through web-based online banking.
Quest FCU also provides members with the ability to make payments and move your money around as you need it.
Pay Anyone - this feature allows members to send money directly to family and friends
Pay Yourself - this feature allows members to move money directly between accounts at other financial institutions in your name
Pay Quest - this feature allows memebrs to make payments on Quest FCU loans using an outside financial institutions as a payment source
