Haven’t Missed an Episode
Love your show! Thank you so much for making the science understandable and enjoyable
Just what I’ve been looking for
I’ve been searching through podcasts to find this one! Michelle’s perspective is so refreshing and needed. Cannot recommend enough!
Passion, Clarity, Perspective, Honesty, Warmth, Humor
These adjectives are how I’d describe Michelle Shapiro, host of Quiet the Diet. She and her teammate, Nicki, deliver an empowering and very listenable/bingeable podcast that I recommend to friends and colleagues. I really appreciate Michelle’s knowledge base, but it’s her ability to honestly and accurately put all the competing voices in the health space into perspective that sets her apart. And it doesn’t hurt that she’s hilarious, so we can listen to, learn from and laugh with a podcast about nutrition and greater well-being, which is a gift as this arena can be so fraught. Thanks, Michelle — diet quieted!
