Love it so much

Olivia is probably the best podcast host I have ever come across. She speaks effortlessly, she connects so well with her guests, she asks the questions her audience wants to know, and she herself is so knowledgeable. She has a true gift and it’s a joy to be able to listen to her. I’ve loved every single episode I’ve listened to, and I also feel like she finds people right before the rest of the world does in terms of notoriety. She’s a trailblazer in that regard. Thankful for this podcast — such a unique blend of fun to listen to and highly informative!

Olivia’s questions are always so personal and Erika did a beautiful job of providing tips on breathwork and meditation.
