As Gurddjieff once said, “before one becomes an enlightened man, one should become a man first”. Embracing human nature trough many practices and learnings, especially all of our relations. Kevin, masterfully explores the ways to grow and transform, in dialogue with many brave souls who didn’t chose the easy way but often trough pain and traumas. No hiding, no spiritual bypassing, life is messy but also full of love and joy... one must dare first.

I loved the episodes about sexuality. Thanks for offering such a variety of paradigms to view the topic from. I think it normalizes it, making something natural in the human existence approachable.
