In today’s episode, we’re back with a solo episode between Ian and Joël. They talked about the Julian Assange case in London and why it’s essential for the freedom of the press and society. These thoughts and ideas led to Ian and Joël talking about the scarcity of time, why technology is deflationary, and how the fiat system is abusing its powers to punish citizens. You can follow us on Twitter (@rabbitholetales), check out our website (https://rabbitholestories.co/), or send us an email (show@rabbitholestories.co) ---

    Eric V Stacks

    Eric V Stacks

In today’s episode, we spoke with Eric V Stacks, a Cannabis grower out of California. He’s been into Bitcoin for a while and started putting out unique content.
Eric’s backstory into Bitcoin is pretty typical, but the reason he stayed is very fascinating. He not only has a financial incentive to be part of the community, but he also seeks to use this opportunity to educate fellow Cannabis growers to get off the fiat standard.

    Media Wars Meets Bitcoin

    Media Wars Meets Bitcoin

In today’s episode, we spoke about the recent Tucker Carlson interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
There are a lot of interesting takes in that interview, and they uncovered some interesting biases and viewpoints within the Bitcoin community.

    Do It for the Plot

We have yet another solo episode between Ian and Joël in today's episode.
In it, we spoke about the saying “Do It for the Plot“ a popular statement from Gen-Z on TikTok.
We can take many parallels from the saying and adapt it to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

    Bitcoin and Hypocrisy

    Bitcoin and Hypocrisy

We won’t have a guest on the show in today’s episode. We’re changing the format up a bit and will be releasing guest interviews biweekly. This allows us to talk about more relevant topics and comment on them as soon as possible.
And what better way to kick things off than actually talking about the circle jerk that is the Bitcoin online community? We’ve noticed that most want to defend freedom of speech but are quick to cancel. This doesn’t benefit anyone in the space, especially newbies who might join.

    Rick Messitt

    Rick Messitt

In today’s episode, we spoke with Rick Messitt, a fellow Bitcoiner from Scotland and someone with a heartbreaking story.
Rick got onboard with Bitcoin in 2014 and has been stacking his Sats directly to a hardware wallet.
He was always managing his Bitcoin in self-custody. Unfortunately for him, the setup had a loophole, and his wallet was compromised. He lost all of his 25 Bitcoin but is here to explain what he did wrong and why people should be more cautious!
