    You’re successful, but something’s missing. What is it? You’re doing everything right, and life’s really good, but for whatever reason, you’re not fully happy. Or maybe you realize that a big part of your life - your job - is slowly depleting you. Maybe you can tell that something needs to change, but you’re not sure what.     21. Helping Your Partner Through an Emotionally Challenging Time

    When your partner is going through a stressful time - whether at work, with family, with too much to do, etc. - or a sad spell, or an episode of anxiety - it’s SO hard to watch them be in this sucky place and NOT know how to help. We TRY to help: we offer solutions, we want to fix it for them, we try to distract them, but ultimately, we just hope that the next therapy appointment will make everything better.
