Given all that is going around in this world, it is an apt time in generating extra Inclusion and empathy towards everyone. Through these Podcasts, my goal is to get some ideas flowing and understand from my guests, who are D&I Influencers, as to what Radical Inclusion mean to them and how can we make efforts around us to make this world more Inclusive and welcoming to all!

These stigmas can make it harder for men to access the help they need. In this first episode of Radically Inclusive 2.0, come explore with me from my Guest Jagesh Panchal who is leading a Men's Mental Wellbeing support Group in Melbourne  how can Men should break this stigma and get ahead in their lives by addressing it themselves, starting from making simple changes such as talking about your feelings, keeping active and eating well can help you feel better and knowing that seeking help is not a sign of weakness.
