Tangar the Terrible and the Evil Sersi Sinister are have threatened to remove the rings of Saturn unless the League of Planets turns over control of the universe to them. Now, Blast Burton and Betsy Booster have to enlist the aid of Earth’s most brilliant scientist Dr. Smartwell to help stop the dastardly duos scheme!
