MIND THEATRE EPISODE 001: REMOTE VIEWING MEDITATION If you're a fan of Stranger Things - you're likely familiar with the scenes of Eleven blindfolded, listening to white-noise, or in make-shift sensory deprivation baths to access psychic insight using her mind's eye. PS: NO NOSEBLEEDS HERE This technique is called Remote Viewing (or RV) and has been around since the 1970s. You may want to familiarize yourself with this particular type of mind practice if you're interested in flexing your intuitive muscles. A quick internet search will show you some interesting declassified CIA documents (e.g., PROJECT STARGATE ), which are quite a rabbit hole. This guided meditation has been designed to teach you a particular technique that will enable you to "remote view" and activate your center of intuition while also receiving insight, vision, and clarity for your path ahead. For the BEST experience possible, use headphones and make sure to have a journal and pen handy for post-meditation to record any reflections or visions you may have received.
