EP 69 - TFAA Hall of Famer | Toby Ragsdale
Scott and Wendi sit down with TFAA Hall of Fame inductee Toby Ragsdale. Always a preasure to hang with our friend Toby!
The Ragsdale family joined the NFAA/TFAA in 1965, when Toby was just 5 years old. He vividly remembers that year because he was one year shy of being able to compete, which didn’t sit well with the naturally competitive young Toby. Toby only waited that one year before he began competing with his bow. Toby had tremendous success as a young archer and if you shot back in those days, you knew the archers in Texas were the most dominating and competitive group of shooters in the country.
Toby Ragsdale won two (2) National Championships, at least seven (7) Sectional Championships, and six (6) State Championships. At the young age of 62, Toby has won at least one archery championship in each of the last six decades.

EP 67 - When to Regroup and Change Equipment | Tough Decisions
Scott and Wendi talk about when it's time to regroup and change equipment. Wendi's daughter got a new bow and struggled with it for 6 months before we made the decision to switch back to the old bow. Moving back to the old bow was the right decision. It allowed us to regroup and figure out what works best for her.

So helpful !
These are so funny and light hearted. You learn so much about archery and how to raise your archer!
I’m not raising an archer and this podcast is so good I’m listening anyway!
Full disclosure here…host Scott is my brother in law and I listened to the first episode just to see what his podcast was like thinking I wouldn’t listen to more episodes. So many podcasts…so little time, etc. But here’s the thing…I’m still listening! This is a good podcast! The sound quality is great, the witty banter between the hosts is fun. So, if you are interested in archery, this is the podcast for you. If your kid is interested In archery, this is the podcast for you. If you just like a good fart joke, this may also be the podcast for you!
