It’s often hard to admit to yourself and especially out loud that you have some areas within yourself that need improving. If you’re anything like me you prefer to do things on your own and only asking for help when necessary. Which is why I gravitate towards podcasts, however they are usually an hour long and my attention span is not in that range. One of my favorite things that stands out in Raising Consciousness, is Kt’s ability to distill complex concepts into digestible nuggets of wisdom in about 20 minutes or less. Whether discussing mindfulness, emotional intelligence, or goal setting, this podcast delivers valuable insights that resonate long after the episode ends. Her engaging storytelling keeps me hooked from start to finish, making it easy to keep actively listening. A 10/10 would recommend.
