    Wrestling Heels: Part One

    In this week's episode of Mount Rushfour, the early part of this two-hour long dialogue about wrestling heels is dominated by the pros and cons of wiping front to back. Everyone chooses the villains and assholes we all love to hate. The conversation becomes so passionate that it lasts for 2 hours. The definition of a heel, FYI: In professional wrestling, a heel (also known as a rudo in lucha libre) is a villain character.[1] Heels are the supposed "bad guys" in professional wrestling storylines.[2] They are typically opposed by a face (crowd favorite). Some tweeners (not explicitly regarded as good or bad) exhibit heel mannerisms. Heels are often portrayed as behaving in an immoral manner, breaking rules or otherwise taking advantage of their opponents outside the bounds of the rules of the match. Others do not (or rarely) break rules but instead exhibit unlikeable personality traits. No matter the type of heel, the most important job is that of the antagonist role. Heels exist to provide a foil to the face wrestlers. If a given heel is cheered over the face, a promoter may opt to turn that heel to face, or to make the wrestler do something even more despicable to encourage heel heat. -Wikipedia

When we build the Mount Rushmore, what should we put on the mountain: go traditional with just their faces or include something more representative of their talents? OR some weird cross between the two as someone on the panel suggests? Drinking game this week is take a drink every time someone on the panel says the word "cocksman".

    This week in an extra special, extra long episode of Mount Rushfour we attempt to assemble the Mount Rushmore of video game franchises with our guest, local author Barry Grass. As usual, TJ brings up an unconventional choice for his fourth spot but this week he actually gets a defender! Daniel tells a video game/sex story that was probably best left untold and Barry outsmarts the entire Mount Rushfour team by actually doing his research and coming prepared to the taping. If you look at the length of the episode and get scared away you'll be missing out on a great TJ story about Street Fighter involving himself and some "black youths" as well as Daniel trying to argue against the entire panel about the franchise that ends up being the George Washington of the Mount Rushmore of Game Franchises.
