    love yourself even when you feel like you aren’t capable.

    i struggle with this a lot and i know that i’m not alone. love is one of the most powerful precious things in the world. we all experience love in a way. you have the choice for it to break you or make you into the best person you could possibly be. no matter of you are “skinny” “fat” or “average” you can be loved it is very possible. stay safe loves.

    12 years later

    i talked to my dad for the first time in 12 years. it was interesting and i hope i’m able to meet him soon. thanks for listening to me talk for 7 mins i will always appreciate it

    although there are bigger and finer things in life it’s important to not forget the smaller things. i do y’all about my sexual assault story because i am comfortable with sharing it to help others reach out as well. i also talk about my suicide attempt so if you are sensitive to those topics listen to another episode and i will post again soon! much love

    maybe i’m being a hypocrite saying this but life is worth it because you never know what can happen. i hope me sharing this small part of my time at a mental hospital can help others reach out.
