    Cecilie Vehre Gresslien - Self-care, what is it really about?

    Cecilie Vehre Gresslien joins us on the podcast to talk about self-care and self-love. Cecilie is a yoga teacher, holistic health coach and studying to become an Ayurvedic Counsellor. In this episode we talk about what it means to hold space and allow ourselves to feel. What it means to have compassion. How we can practice not escaping from our feelings, but to stay present with ourselves and let go of the fight. We talk about forgiveness and acceptance and the road to becoming our own champions and best friends. And we also debunk a few myths about what self-love is.     Welcome BACK to the Raw Talks Podcast! We are back and so happy to be podding again. Every Wednesday we bring you a conversation with different guests around different topics. And every now and then Celine and Maja will pop in with a duo episode just talking life. That’s what this episode today is.
