    In today's episode we discuss why we think there are so many influencers running around eating sticks of butter, claiming it is a health food, and demonizing unsaturated fats like oils. They claim there are no randomized control trials that show unsaturated fats can improve blood markers. We are here to show, unequivocally, why that is false, but also discuss why so many health influencers spread these kinds of lies.
