    The Power of Showing Up

    In today's episode, I discuss the power of showing up. I share a recent experience with one of my clients, who had a lot going on in his personal life but still chose to show up for his scheduled coaching call despite not having completed his homework. I emphasized the importance of showing up, even when things are challenging, as it can be beneficial for a client. Embracing Imperfection for Success I emphasized the importance of showing up and being willing to learn for success. I encouraged individuals to overcome the fear of not being perfect or fully prepared, and instead, adopt a mindset of showing up and seeing what happens. I suggested that being open and vulnerable can sometimes lead to valuable outcomes. I also shared my experience from my coaching sessions and his podcast, where his consistent efforts, even without perfect content, were appreciated by his clients and listeners. I concluded by urging others to find ways to show up.

    What grounds you and who is your model?

    As an entrepreneuer, it can get overwhelming to try to create something new and to know if you are doing a good job at it. That is why it is important to have something that grounds you - something you can always come back to to know that you are doing great. On top of that, having a model to follow makes things so much easier because they have already paved the way for a lot of what you are trying to do.
