Incredibly valuable summaries and insights!

As a CS/CX leader, I try to consume a ton of educational material to stay sharp and well-rounded in this complex space and my own thinking for work. After listening to the first three episodes, Kristen’s podcast will clearly help me be more focused with my time and energy as I seek to learn and grow more.

I’m super appreciative of her own coloring/opinions and brief touches of “why” she thinks a certain way to contextualize her points. They help me frame whether or not I agree or can relate.
