So glad I found Reading the Psalms
Each morning I listen to Dan read a Psalm. He makes a few remarks regarding the reading and then reads the Psalm again. He doesn’t philosophize or try to make deeply theological statements. Instead, they are general comments on what he believes the Psalm meant for the Jews who read it as well as its application for us today. I was pleased when he began Reading the Gospel and have listened to all of those episodes.
Thank you, Dan, for this ministry.
Calming
I listen to this for calming. Dan’s voice is very calming and I love that he reads it twice.
Peaceful and Calming
Excellent break from the jarring intro music of most podcasts. Excellent commentary also and a breath of fresh air. Thank you Dan.
