We’re Adam & Ant; just a couple of regular guys really. But in the last few years we both decided to ditch our 9-5’s to try and build something for ourselves; a company of one sort of thing. We understand that starting is often the hardest part and we’ve by no means ‘made it’ yet, So we’ve created this podcast to bring you on the journey with us.     The low carbon way - with Tom Bray

    Welcome back to the Ready? Begin podcast with Ant and Adam. This week, the boys are joined by good friend of the show and low carbon superstar Tom Bray.  The conversations involve in-depth discussion on how to think in a low carbon way when it comes to starting a new business or transitioning an existing one.  Tom brings years of experience as a sustainability focussed design engineer and is passionate about how we can all lead a more low carbon life to help deal with the climate emergency we all find ourselves in.     This weekend it was World Mental Health Day so Adam and Ant shifted the conversation away from the usual waffle and focused on how they were feeling.  Things turned into an interesting meander around various topics, including what to do when things get a little sticky.
