    In this week's episode, we speak with Lynn Shen about her educational transition and career journey.  Lynn studied East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto and has been working as an advisor for international students in various universities across Ontario.  She explains how she prepared for her current role and provides suggestions for others in pursuing their career goals.   We dive into:   -  arriving and getting settled in Canada as an International student,  - her experience as a student as well as opportunities through the university,  - how to meet new people, and so much more.    If you are student who is in university or college and are trying to  find a way to gain work experience in Canada this is for you.

Gabe is a software engineer working with  Rideco in Waterloo, Ontario, a company that creates efficient routes for transit.  Prior to his masters degree in software engineering, Gabe studied mechanical engineering and was actively working in the industry. However it was not his passion, he was bored, but still loved engineering.      We dive into:   - Studying mechanical engineering and how to find a internship/co-op  - Explore the importance of doing what you love - Whats new in AI and machine learning and so much more.   If you a student who is in engineering, or are interested in the latest tech this is for you.

    Kyle Henry - Is a passionate and knowledgeable individual.  With a background in sales, recruiting, and construction, we explore his journey to becoming a real estate agent. We learn how enjoying your career is more important than earning a high salary or flashy title. Discuss how many people are too afraid to follow their dreams and do what they love, and some advice to those still searching. After you listen to this episode and when you build the courage to take that leap yourself, you will become an inspiration to others. You won't need someone to keep tabs on your work or motivate you to reach your full potential.
