Real Team Talk

Executive and Leadership Team Coaching conversations and learning for new and experienced team coaches.  Hosted by two ICF accredited team coaches who have 50 years practice of more than 1,000 team workshops/intervention and over 200 hundred clients between them.  The aim is to talk about the reality of coaching leadership teams; the challenges and laughter, failures and successes, struggles and joy of team coaching.  It a discussion designed to get into the deep weeds and murky waters of working with teams, the personal work needed and the dynamics of working with a fellow coach.
