    Real Time 002: The Week Everything Changed

    This week was f*****g HUGE. Apparently, when I decided to call this podcast Reality Awareness: Real Time, Reality took that as an invitation to demonstrate exactly what I meant. 😂 It started with me having a meltdown over uneven eyeshadow after batch recording 21 psychic reading Reels - and deciding that what channelled through mattered more than my perfectionism. And then… everything started moving. My daughter casually drops the bombshell that once she gets her licence, she's planning to move out. Excuse me, WHAT?! 😂😭 Cue the grief, the abandonment wounds, the identity shift and me driving around asking myself: Who the f**k am I without my daughter? Because apparently asking “Who am I without my trauma?” in Episode 001 wasn't enough. 😂 Then my daughter gets her car. I pick up my new car. The Black Dragon Wagon gets cleaned up and advertised for sale. I finally clear the storage shed I've been trying to clear for YEARS. 🥵 And somewhere amongst all of that, a much deeper layer starts coming up around my family, rejection, success, business, money and the survival patterns I've unknowingly been carrying since 2018. I have this massive realisation about my Black Dragon Wagon too - how something can represent safety, protection and freedom, while simultaneously keeping your subconscious connected to the pain that made you need that protection in the first place. F**k. We go everywhere in this episode. Motherhood. Empty nesting. Family wounds. Grief. Money. Business. Intuition. Perfectionism. Following what feels aligned when it doesn't necessarily make logical sense. Breaking through old patterns. Knowing your wounds so they aren't the ones making your decisions. And the feeling that after years of trying to break through the same f*****g glass ceiling in my business… something is finally moving. And then I realise the timing of all of this. Sunday - my daughter's car. Monday - my new car. Tuesday - finally clearing the storage shed. Saturday - I turn 42. Bang. Bang. Bang. After YEARS of some of these things sitting there waiting to shift, they all move in the same f*****g week. What are the chances? Oh yeah, in my life - HIGH! 🤣 By the end of the episode I'm sitting there with white snapdragons I spontaneously bought myself for my birthday, reading an oracle card about transition, blessing and celebration - and then remembering that Don't Worry, Be Happy started playing in the supermarket at exactly the moment I needed to hear it. 😂❤️ I couldn't have planned any of this. And that's kind of the entire point of Real Time. You're not hearing the story once I know what it all meant. You're hearing me while I'm living it. Real Time baby. #ofcourse. This is...     Real Time 001: When What Once Made You Feel Safe Is No Longer What Sets You Free

    Welcome to the very first episode of Reality Awareness: Real Time. This is a little different from anything I've shared before. These episodes are quite literally my life and Reality Awareness in real time - the thoughts, synchronicities, soul meanderings, healing, business lessons, intuitive nudges and realisations I'm having as I'm actually living them. Most of this episode was recorded while driving, stopping, starting, doing life and picking the conversation back up again. In this first episode, I somehow end up talking about everything from leaving the isolated property I lived on, clearing 17 years of belongings from storage, money and financial shame, healing trauma with a whippersnipper 😂, my daughter's growing independence, and saying goodbye to my beloved black V8 - my “Black Dragon.” But underneath all of it is a much bigger conversation about freedom. What happens when something that once represented safety, protection and freedom no longer represents the life you're moving into? What happens when your external reality begins changing alongside the internal work you've been doing for years? And how do you know when you're actually ready to let go?
