    Michael Eck

    They say not to meet your heroes because you might be let down. I wholeheartedly disagree with this as I met one of my heroes in this episode, the one and only Michael Eck. Not only is Michael an accomplished musician having just been inducted into the Capital Region Thomas Edison Music Hall of Fame, but he is also a theater critic, writer, painter and simply put, just a damn nice guy!     Sierra Lynch

    Sierra is one of the most intelligent people I know. She should be given the enormous amount of education she has received towards becoming a doctor in psychology. Not just that but Sierra has such a positive and uplifting attitude towards life it is no wonder people go to her for guidance.     Well, it's finally my turn. We have gotten a lot of requests for me to be on the interviewee side of the mic and with my milestone birthday approaching we felt this would be the best time to do it and who better to conduct the interview than Katie! This was certainly a roller coaster of an interview for me - fun, emotional, introspective, and who ever knew I would be asked what kind of food I would want to be?! I hope you enjoy listening to this interview as much as I had doing it.
