I used to enjoy hearing Mark's perspective on various subjects, but Adam usually finds a way to re-tell the loooong version of a story he's told many times before on this podcast as well as all of his other podcasts. Other than ACS podcast, I've stopped listening to every other one of Adam's for this same reason. Probably stop listening to this one in the very near future.

Mark—I used to be a fan but you’re a rentseeking bum

The level of legal analysis you give on this show stinks. You’re not a hero fighting the good fight; you’re a bum looking for a paycheck. That’s fine but real defense attorneys out there see right through your schtick. Which is too bad because I believe you are one of the most talented trial lawyers out there.

Keep in mind your professional responsibilities are higher than those of a podcast personalities.

Show review

I find the show very interesting and insightful. I enjoy listening to Mark’s legal contortions. It is an interesting insight into how the legal system works. My only complaint is that Mark sometimes lowers his voice and it makes it difficult to track his point. I do not always agree with Mark but his point of view is insightful. As he freely admits his strength is arguing either side of an issue. So take it as it comes and you may see a different point of view.
