Before we dive into Season 2 of Reba, we wanted to spotlight Reba's acting debut (!) in the iconic film TREMORS — naturally we had to enlist our go-to Reba film critics Casey and Laura to help us tackle this monument of cinema. IT'S OUR FIRST EVER LIVE POD!!! For the finale of season 1, obviously — a slew of your favorite guests gathered at Dallas' Barley House to record barely intelligible audio and drink too many beers before friends of the pod, the Ottoman Turks, played a set IN WHICH THEY INCLUDED THE REBA THEME SONG!!! A wild and beautiful night, featuring Bobby Karalla, Taylor Evans, David Helman, Paul Hinojo, Billy Law and Nathan Mongol Wells (of the Ottoman Turks) plus Courtney of State Fair Records, plus Zac Crain and Mike Piellucci (who does not have any children, for clarification) of D Magazine!! 

It was a dark and stormy night when we recorded this episode of Rebawatchables - but just like Reba, we are never thwarted by the threat of catastrophe, especially not when we have a guest like notable author and D Magazine editor Zac Crain on to discuss one of the most forgettable Reba episodes in recent memory!

David Roth, of Defector Media and excellent tweets fame, joins us to talk about (what else) prom, the one joke in this episode that actually made him laugh, and what it meant to broadcast REBA two days before the first Cinco De Mayo since 9/11.

We are joined by Nathan Mongol Wells, lead singer of Dallas' best band the Ottoman Turks, to discuss a litany of topics including but not limited to the Pete Carroll-era USC Trojans, Braxton Hicks contractions and Jake, the forgotten one.
